Kakariki House

Located on Grey Street, Hamilton, Arrow International used 350 sheets of Metrapanels to complete this office fitout on the two storey building. The first ‘Green Star’ Building in the Waikato; one of only seven in New Zealand. Arrow International were on a tight schedule for completion and using Metrapanels helped save time and ensured completion to schedule.

Tristram Marine

Metrapanel firewall, was used in the original construction of this factory/showroom. The building suffered an extensive fire early in 2010. It is the opinion of the owner that the only thing that saved the showroom was the Metrapanel Firewall. The building has been rebuilt and again Metrapanel was the leading choice.

Torrens Terrace

The customer wanted to fit out a warehouse in Wellington with 31 student rental apartments. Metra was the obvious choice.

Star Design Furniture Warehouse

Star Design used the Metra Construction System very effectively in the new build, of a large furniture warehouse, saving time and money with a hard durable finish – just what the customer required.

Louis Vuitton Media Centre

Metra interior walls were specified for this very high profile building and were used throughout the interior of the media centre.

Bayfair Speedway

Due to the durability and hardwearing surface of Metrapanel, the interior walls were used for two levels consisting of 22 corporate boxes and ticket booths. Bayfair Speedway is situated at Mt Maunganui.

Princeton Towers

Situated in Symonds Street, Auckland. Metrapanel was used for the interior/exterior fit out for the two towered 19 level apartment buildings.

Marina Park

Marina Park Development, stage one of two 45 unit apartments situated on the marina, Whitianga.
Using Metrapanel for the internal fitout of two and three bedroom units.

Bluestone Apartments

Columbard is a new and unashamedly different concept in inner city accommodation. New Zealand’s first Globally Inspired Corporate Crash Pad.
18 Floors of self contained sleeping studios, slender 144 unit, high rise building squeezed in on a former vehicle right of way between Wyndham Street and Bluestone Store.
The narrowest building in New Zealand for its height, with a width of 7.2m.
Interior and exterior walls, modular bathrooms supplied by Metra.

Metra Factory

Our new factory was built over the Christmas Holiday period of six weeks. Metrapanels were used for the office area, mid floor, ceilings, firewall, work benches, doors, shelving, handrails and stairs. There was no waste and it was very cost effective and quick to build.
